  • The flexible sling is a rigging in operation. Because its contact surface is wide and flat, it is not easy to damage the objects to be hoisted.     Let's take a look at how the flexible sling lifts items:
    1.When in use, hang it directly into the force center of the hook, and
    directly hang it at the hook tip of the hook.
    2.The use must be directed by qualified personnel, and overloading is
    strictly prohibited. Crossing, twisting, knotting, and twisting are not allowed, and the correct special link for hoisting should be used to link.
    3.When working with two slings, hang the two slings directly into the double ditch, and hang each at the symmetrical force center of the double hook; when using four slings, hang each two slings directly into the double hook, pay attention to the inner sling. There should be no overlap and mutual extrusion, and it should be symmetrical to the force center of the hook.
    4.When encountering goods with sharp corners and edges, the sling must be protected by means of sheaths and corner protectors, so as to prolong its service life and eliminate potential safety hazards. When a single sling is required to lift the cylinder, a double-turn choke should be used. 5. Since the curved part of the hook cannot be uniformly loaded in the width direction, it is affected by the internal strength of the hook. If the diameter of the hook is too small, the joint with the loop eye of the webbing is sufficient, and the correct connector should be used for linking. 6. When hoisting pipe objects, the correct hoisting method should be adopted, and the hoisting angle should be less than 60°. 7. Objects should not be pressed on the sling, and no attempt should be made to pull the sling from below to cause danger. Use the object to cushion it, leaving enough space for the sling to be taken out smoothly. 8. The opening angle of the ring eye should not be greater than 20°, and the ring eye should not be broken during the hoisting process.
  • The stitches of the polyester sling should be firm and not loose, and at the same time, the uniformity and density of the stitches should be ensured, which is an important prerequisite for ensuring its strength. After doing the processing of these sewing work, a very ideal strength can be achieved. To ensure the strength of the polyester sling, it is necessary to achieve the unity of the suture and the material of the sling. Only when the suture can be fully integrated into it can all parts of the whole have the same strength. When stitching, the stitches need to be located inside it to avoid damage to its edges, and at the same time to ensure that the stitches are smooth, too rough stitches can easily lead to cracks. The label is the most traditional way of information identification. The label is to the polyester sling as the document is to the person. The label contains a series of related information such as rated load, length, material, manufacturer's name, and implemented standard number. We can identify the rated working load of a product through the label. Many people may not understand the identification of black lines very well. Each product is sewn with black lines, and the number of black lines on different rated working loads is also different. This can be verified according to its color. Generally, each black line represents 1 ton, and the more black lines means greater rated working load. Color identification belongs to the rated working load identification method, which is the main reason why we will see the color diversity of this product. According to international standards, purple represents 1 ton, green represents 2 tons, yellow represents 3 tons, red represents 5 tons, and brown represents 6 tons, blue represents 8 tons, orange represents more than 10 tons. This distinction allows us to understand the rated working load more intuitively. The dyeing of polyester suspenders requires pure color, uniform color and no obvious color difference. If there is a chromatic aberration in the dyeing process, it can be solved by the following methods, which can reduce the chromatic aberration on the belt skin and achieve a uniform color light. Put 2%-4% PALEGAL-SF in the dyeing tank, adjust with acetic acid with pH value of 4-5, heat up to 125-135 ℃, and treat in the dyeing tank for 1-2h to start heating and dyeing.

  • 1. Avoid being cut by sharp tools during the lifting process, when lifting sharp corners, edges or rough goods, the outer layer of the sling can be protected by a belt or polyester to protect the sling and extend the lifespan of the sling.

    12. If the sling is used in a place where it may be contaminated by chemicals or at high temperature, you should seek reference from the supplier.
  • 1. The body of the sling is cut, severely scratched, the strands are loose and partially broken.
    2. The surface is severely worn, the sling is abnormally deformed and fluffed, and the wear reaches one-tenth of the width of the original sling.
    3. When there is no sign, label, mark, or sign is not clear.
    4. When the original color of the strap has changed greatly.
    5. The bearing seams are frayed and the sutures are worn off.
    6. There is a dead knot in the sling.
    7. The sling is mildewed and deteriorated, and the surface has too much point-like looseness, corrosion, acid-base burning and thermal melting or scorching.
    8. According to the regulations of relevant departments, if the above situation occurs and the hoisting belt is not used for more than one year for long-term storage, long-term open-air operation, open-air storage for more than 6 months, the strength is reduced, and the strength is often fatigued and used for more than one year, it needs to be scrapped. The sling that have been scrapped shall not be repaired and reused to avoid safety hazards.
